How to upload files

Our easy-to-use file uploader is the perfect solution for file transfers that might otherwise cost you time and money. It's the fastest way to get us your files.

Simply follow the instructions below and your files will come directly to us.

Here's how:

1. Complete the required fields of information.
2. Click the "Choose File" button.
3. Browse to the file you wish to upload.
4. Click the "Upload Files" button.
5. Wait for files to upload. This may take several minutes.

Once your files have been uploaded, an email will automatically be sent to alert us.

For the best print quality, we prefer:

* Hi-Resolution, print-ready PDF files.
* All images must be embedded and all fonts outlined (or converted to curves).
* All files must be prepared to the final trim size. (Ex: Business cards are 3.5″ x 2″, set up your file to that size, not 8.5×11 with a card in the middle)
* If your job requires bleeds (art or color that extends beyond the trim area), your PDF must include a minimum of .125″ bleed on EACH side that bleeds. Please make sure you have proper bleed and trim marks.

Please be sure when submitting Indesign or Quark files that you include all support files & fonts (both screen & printer).

Pantone colors will be converted to CYMK unless job requires spot color printing; in this case, be sure spot colors are designated.

RESOLUTION:

For an image to print properly, the image must be at least 300 dots per inch (DPI) at the final output size. DO NOT change a low resolutation image to a higher one by increasing the DPI in your imaging program. The exception to this would be for any wide-format printing (ie. banners, etc on our large-format printers). Please call for information.

OUTLINE & EMBED FONTS:

When possible, outline and embed all fonts -- this will eliminate sending the incorrect fonts as well as conversion problems in the printing process. This is especially helpful in the conversion of PC programs to the Mac format that we will use to output.
